Di Cramer
Diane is a qualified Psychologist who has been working with Reddin for well over ten years now. She is a key member of our coaching team with a very strong background in career transition and outplacement , group facilitation, career development and performance enhancement.
Whilst at Reddin, Di has worked with people at all levels across a broad range of industries, in both private and public sector organisations. She has supported clients all around Australia, not only in Capital City locations, but also in Regional and Country centres. She has worked tirelessly with individuals to help them develop the skills necessary to make a successful transition in a very competitive market. She has also designed and developed workshops and job search centres for groups needing to go through a program together.
Di was an integral part of the Reddin team that worked with a major company undergoing significant downsizing over a number of years. Through that program we achieved a remarkable result of 92% of participants successfully sourcing a new role in an average of 13 weeks, despite the fact that many had been with that one company for many years and had very specialised skills. Di’s ability to challenge the status quo, stretch people’s horizons, win their commitment, and at the same time nurture and encourage them to maintain focus, played a vital role in the programs success.
