Many of our participants want just one thing – the next job. However:
- Some are looking further into the future and are planning their career
- Some people are older, some lack basic skills, some work in shrinking markets
- Some don’t really know what they want to do.
We genuinely tailor programs to meet both the individual’s needs and budget. Programs can range from a couple of consultations for some direction and goal setting and skills enhancement, through to a more formal program covering all aspects of career change and job search.
Some of our individual clients want:
- Serviced office facilities
- Full vocational guidance and career coaching
- Access to independent financial planners
- Access to a research team capable of uncovering relevant names in targeted organisations
- A full medical and health check
- Ongoing contact with a life or career coach
- Access to an experienced executive search or executive recruitment consultant
- Assistance in extending their immediate network
Our aim is to give the individual what they need, working at their own pace but obviously within the limits of the agreed program. If a person accepts a job before their program has finished, and for any reason that job goes pear shaped, we welcome them back into their program. We maintain the support they need to achieve their desired outcome.
